1. Agreement to Terms of Use
Read carefully through these terms of use before purchasing any products sold at othrin.net
All users who purchase products at the store at othrin.net automatically agree to these terms of use for products created by Othrin's Development LLC. Othrin's Development LLC does not accept responsibility for misuse of products or damage to property as a result of purchasing products from the store.

- Venmo (Mobile Only)
3. Payment Process and Fulfillment
Products may be purchased from Othrin's Development LLC through the website at othrin.net. Payment is to be completed in full at the time of checkout. Once payment is processed and received, the products will be provided by automatic delivery through e-mail with a downloadable link.
4. Refunds and Disputes via PayPal
All digital products are non-refundable which is explicitly detailed in PayPal's Terms and Conditions. Any dispute or chargeback that is requested will result in the termination of that user in the Discord server and website as well as a refusal to use order associated with any products in dispute. If a refund is requested, a contact notice must be e-mailed to othrindev@gmail.com or by direct message on Discord. If approved, a refund will be issued within 5 business days. Refunds will not be issued if you do not abide by these terms of use. It is the sole responsibility of the user to understand how to use the files purchased. Support may be rendered by submitting a ticket on Discord.
5.Terms of Use for Purchased Products
Definition of "product": A product sold on othrin.net is any downloadable digital file that contains software developed by Othrin's Development LLC.
By purchasing the products from Othrin's Development LLC, you agree to use the products by their intended purpose and agree not redistribute the products to others.
6. Prohibited Use of Products
You may not:
- Redistribute any product purchased through the online store
- Resell any products purchased through the online store.
- Rip or claim any product or asset purchased through the online store as your own.
- Transfer the rights of any product purchased through the online store to another entity without explicit permission.
7. Intended Used of Products
All products sold by Othrin's Development LLC are provided in digital form and are to be used by any application that supports the file types provided. Products types are given as follows:
Vehicles in .yft model and .ytd texture form.
Templates given in .png form.
Metas files given in .meta form.
Scripts given in .lua form.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to understand how to use the files provided through sale in the store.
Privacy Policy
Information that is gathered from visitors
In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor's IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit.
Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website.
Where registration is required, the visitor's email and a username will be stored on the server.
How the Information is used
The information is used to enhance the vistor's experience when using the website to display personalised content and possibly advertising.
E-mail addresses will not be sold, rented or leased to 3rd parties.
